Highly recommended by residents and visitors alike.Art's Waterfront Restaurant, (604) 886-2831 on Marine Drive, near the entrance to Lower Gibsons, is favoured for its delicious hardy breakfasts, light lunches and gourmet dinners which can include fresh fish in season, steaks, barbecue chicken and ribs, and daily specials. Leo's Mediterranean Tapas & Grill, (604) 886-9414 is also located on the main street in Gibsons Landing. When locals want to indulge in souvlaki, Greek salads, Spanakopita and calamari, they go to Leo's. Opa's Japanese Restaurant, (604) 886-4023 satisfies those who prefer miso soup, sushi, sashimi and tempura. Opa's gentle atmosphere, waterfront view and enticing flavours are always enticing. Chez Phillipe, (604) 886-2188 is regarded Gibsons' best French restaurant with west coast flair. In its intimate dining room, patrons can watch beautiful sunsets while enjoying a delicious rack of lamb, sumptuous seafood or a very special gourmet offering each evening. The Gumboot Cafe, (604) 885-4216, located in Roberts Creek is known for its organic home-made preparations and its eclectic and loyal clientelle.
