The Ferry Trip Over...

The ferry to Gibsons leaves from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver and takes approximately 40 mins. Many people mistakenly believe that the Sunshine Coast is an island because of the ferry, but really we are only separated from Vancouver by a long fjord that extends to Squamish (on the way to Whistler BC)

Once off the ferry make a left turn at the first set of lights. Follow Marine Drive into Gibsons Landing and continue through the village always keeping the water side on your left.

Eventually Marine Drive will link up with Dougall Road. Make a right turn on Headland and then a left turn on Skyline Drive. Drive all the way to the top and Skyline Lodge will be on your left.
